What is the Product Validation Academy?
For the last two years, we’ve offered our Product Validation services only as a high-ticket, one-on-one offer ($10K+).

In the Academy, we work with a handful of online sellers to validate their product by setting up a storefront, driving traffic to it, getting real customers, and analyzing the results over a few weeks.

How The Product Validation Process Works
Our Product validation service is designed to market test your product in real time before placing a full production order. During this process we will run multiple tests to determine what works for your product.
Week 1
- Narrative Call with our Lead Designer & Branding Specialist to refine messaging, positioning, and your main customer avatar that your product will appeal the most to.
- After your Narrative Call, development of your Waitlist Landing Page & Funnel begins.
Week 2
- Completion of your Waitlist Landing Page & Funnel.
- Create Facebook Ad and Instagram copy and assets that will give us the best chance of performance in your products market.
Weeks 3 & 4
- Launch Facebook and Instagram ads.
- Test copy, imagery, targeting.
- Facebook micro testing to test the hypothesis on the demographic which your product appeals the most to.
- A/B split testing of 2 different landing page designs.
- Scale ads.
- Maximize conversion rate to insure the best performance of ads and your landing page.
- Once we have a “healthy” conversion rate ($3.25/lead or less), we scale CPL (cost per lead).
- If we don’t have a “healthy” conversion rate, we pivot to test different copy, imagery, and audiences.
Week 5-6 (Final)
- Any additional testing on Facebook required.
- Final report that includes a “thumbs up” or “thumbs down” for your product.
- If “thumbs up” you can continue to Phase 2 with us if it’s a fit.
