During my time working with online sellers, I have found some favorite tools that I swear by to help run my business. Some are free and others are paid, either way, these tools have helped me tremendously in the growth of my business over the years. These tools include:

Canva is a free website that is stocked full of beautiful graphics, marketing materials, websites, infographics and so much more. It takes no technical skills to create something great in Canva. I use this ALL THE TIME! You can even use it for personal projects too! When you are ready to move your business to the next level and need something more professional, it’s good to know that you can pay a small fee for designing.

This app has seriously upgraded my social media game! It allows you to schedule posts directly from your phone, making it super simple for me to keep up with all of our social media platforms. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve posted something at the wrong time or missed a day posting when I needed to. Not anymore!

While I was skeptical at first, Jasper is an AI-powered copywriting machine. From product descriptions to long-form blog posts (like this one) to headlines to brainstorming lists…

Jasper takes a few inputs and gives you professional-level copy. So, if you’re just starting out and aren’t a natural copywriter, give Jasper a chance!

4) Be Profit – Shopify App

This is a must-have tool for sellers to track their overall business profitability. It’s an extremely accurate profit and finances calculator, it tracks your business metrics, and gives better financial reporting charts to help you make smarter decisions to optimize your store and improve profits and sales.

OFX is a free service that allows you to connect your bank accounts and transfer money between them without any fees. You can use it to set up a virtual USD account and pay contractors, vendors, and manufacturers with lower conversion rates and transfer fees than leading financial institutions.

6) is a free tool that allows you to create TikTok videos in seconds. Whether you’re splitting clips from a long-form video, or want to create your own using templates, they have you covered! There are plenty of other tools available out there but I love this app because it’s simple and straightforward.

This free-to-use app is my go-to for downloading TikTok videos without a watermark. You can then repurpose the content on other platforms.

8) Active Collab

Active Collab is a free project management tool and I’ve used it for the past 12+ months. It allows me to create small teams and collaborate with others on projects, as well as track our progress along the way.

Grammarly is a free grammar checking program that I use for short-form social media posts or blog articles like this one. It’s great because it catches little errors that you might have missed.

10) Zapier

Zapier is a web automation platform. And while Zapier can have a bit of a learning curve, once you get the hang of it, you’ll wonder how you ever lived without it! One of my favorite Zaps is when I add a new product to Shopify it automatically updates the price on Amazon. If you’re using FBA and selling on multiple platforms (or want to) this is a great tool to have!

Is hands down, my favorite app. This is a one-click screen share video recorder. I use it for client feedback, creating videos for our internal systems, as well as for training purposes. Absolutely obsessed!

12) Flick.Tech

Is my go-to social media hashtag research tool. It will rank hashtags by low, medium, and high competition, so you can put some strategy behind them to rank on the hashtags you want.

BONUS! 13)

Pickfu is a tool that online sellers can use to get instant market feedback from their target audience. We use it to get feedback on product packaging, website design, product photography, and more! If you’d like to try a test, you can use our intro code to get 50% off your first test (yes, I am an affiliate, but I use their tool for my business all the time!)

There are many great online tools to help you with your online marketing, Shopify, and management efforts, and we’ve just scratched the surface here.
