Even before working with us, he had a great start at building a brand online. He was able to get a lot of great reviews. Photos of customers with their bracelets both at home and outside provided Cali Weights with social proof.
Another amazing thing is Eric’s level of customer service. With the issues that came with COVID, he had to deal with angry customers. But he was willing to sacrifice some margins to improve experience, and get his product into as many hands as possible.
