In today’s video I’ll be sharing the 3 email flows – specifically Klaviyo email flows – that every eCommerce brand should have. When you launch your eCommerce storefront, you must have a nurturing sequence in place which includes an abandoned cart sequence, a new subscriber welcome email flow, and a post-purchase customer welcome sequence.
Whether you’re a 7-figure brand or just starting out, email flows are important because they help you nurture new leads and build relationships with customers, which, if done right, will help you increase your conversion rate.
But here’s the thing, it’s not always easy to figure out what to write to your email audience.
Do you feel overwhelmed when you think about what email flows and automations you should have?
Are you spending a lot of money trying to drive traffic to your site and building your email list but not seeing any returns?
The great thing about email marketing and Klaviyo email flows is that even if a client doesn’t convert immediately, if you have their email address you can continue the relationship and keep them informed about additional or alternative products. Remember, building relationships is a long-term game.
On the flip side, if a customer has purchased from you, entering them into a customer nurturing sequence will allow you to maintain contact with paying clients. Remember, if they’ve purchased from you before, then staying front of mind might help to encourage repeat purchases.
