Mindset Challenge Video #4: THE GLASS CEILING

Is the fear of happiness limiting you? It may sound counterintuitive, but unless you learn to expand your comfort zone, you may end up sabotaging yourself.

The thing is, your belief patterns are running your life, and you don’t even know it. Your current self won’t be able to achieve what you want until you transcend those stories that you tell yourself.

A lot of those stories is given to us by the society we live in. One of them being the belief that we can’t be happy in all aspects of our life all the time. We’ve learned to expect some form of unhappiness in our lives and become uneasy when things become “too good”. That’s where our fear of happiness often comes from.

This is why it’s important to deliberately expand your comfort zone. We all have a thermostat that tells us when we’ve reached the limit of our happiness. Unless you become aware of your upper limit, you’ll never be able to push past your current state.

When you realize that your fear of happiness is actually making it harder for you, you’ll be better able to prevent breakdowns. Doing the exercises I outline in this video gives you a starting point to gradually expand your comfort zone, never having to sabotage yourself again!
